community justice program

Our firm recently volunteered at the pro bono family law clinic provided by the Community Justice Program. The family law clinics are an excellent way for those interested in receiving family law services to do so at no cost. The clinics are completely pro bono.

From SanAntonioBar.org

Fewer than 20 percent of low-income residents of South Texas can obtain access to legal assistance when faced with a civil problem. That means four out of five people arrive at the courthouse door to find they cannot afford the price of admission. However, with the help of volunteers of the program and generous donations of their time, the CJP can make a difference in these numbers.

To date, the CJP has matched more than 8,500 pro bono cases to volunteer attorneys.

We are thrilled to be a part of this effort and would like to say thank you the Community Justice Program for welcoming our participation.
